OTHER TIPS: First Login:
When you place your first order it is
important to enter in your Billing address
in the first set of fields and your Shipping
Address in the second. This will
become you new default addresses and will
pre-populate future orders.
Abandon
Orders:
When logged in, it will save your item in your shopping cart. Items that are added to
your shopping cart may not be there if you
come back several days later because the system will put things
back into inventory to allow others to
purchase them. We suggest that you
select Check out and print a copy of your
order. ORDER STATUS UPDATES:
As orders are processed from Payment
Authorized, to Packing to Shipped, etc. you
will receive an order notification to keep
you informed. Tracking numbers
are sent via a USPS email upon shipment and
within 48 hours. How to Place Quick
Orders: If you have the part
numbers or know part of the product name,
try the SEARCH link. It will provide a
list or take you directly to an item and
then you simply enter your quantity and add
it to your cart. And/Or
consider
printing off the Fax Order form. You
can add items to this as as shopping list
and use the Search feature or complete it
and fax it to us.
Deadlines:
Use the comment field during checkout.
Make sure you tell us if you have some
deadline for classes, shows etc. We
will do our best to accommodate you but not
if you make it a regular habit to order at
the last minute as we can not interrupt the
packing process with frequent exceptions as
it is not fair to the rest of our customers.
You should plan at least 8 to 10 business days ahead for
wholesale orders as we can not control the delivery times and large
orders take more time to properly pack to eliminate breakage.
