Step 1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass:  using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard.

· Clean & Prep Kiln:
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2 - Position Glass:  Using just a tiny spec of Elmer's™ Glue , position each Clover in the center of your white square, make sure not to position too close to edges.

Step 3: -Optional ( Add Decorative Glass):  Use Toothpick or plastic Cocktail fork to put 3 "tiny" drops of glue and evenly distributed for any frit or noodles to adhere.

Tip: It is important to note that you need to make sure to touch all glass pieces by the outer edges to avoid finger oil or prints on the surface of the glass.

Step 4  - Place into Kiln:
Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.   Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

Step 5 - Prepare Fused Project:  If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened until the next day so your project has had plenty of time to anneal back to room temperature  and it is ready to use. Use abrasives on any rough edges you need to smooth.
Step 6 - Grind and Measure:  Each shamrock square should be ground and measure exactly 2 1/2 inches prior to foiling.
Step 7 - Cut Glass Solder Glass Boarder:  See Soldering Techniques in the Glass Tips & Tips Section.
