Small Fused Project step-by-step instructions:

Clean Up Supplies:

· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step 1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass & Finding using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard.

· Clean & Prep Kiln:
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Put Glass project together Stack the glass hearts together, make sure the Dichroic side is face down on Heart base glass, centered. Use a small spec of Fuser's Glue if necessary to hold them together. Let dry 10 minutes.

Step 3: Place into Kiln
Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

Step 4: Put Glass project together (See Glass Tips & Tricks section: How to use Fusible Glass Decals)

Place decal in a small amount of clean water and using a pair of tweezers take the decal out of the water when it starts to curl about 10 seconds. Slide off of the paper backing and place the flower decal onto surface of the glass, smooth out bubbles. Allow to dry.

Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

Step 5: Finish Project - Clean and dry the glass. Apply Triolyse glue to bail and position on back of the glass, positioning it carefully in the center or the corner. The glue will reach its maximum strength in 6 hours.
