Step 1 - Preparation
Clean Glass:
using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
Clean & Prep Kiln:
Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Prepare Glass Stack clear glass
cap on
top of Dichroic glass with a drop of Fuser's Glue. Let dry for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

Step 4: Add Dicro Dazzlers Glass Using a tiny
spec of Elmer's glue, position each Dicro Dazzler, glass
jewel, in desired position on top of the fused glass
base glass. Let dry for 10 minutes. |

Step 5: Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges

Step 6: Adhere Jewelry Finding
Clean glass and Ring Pad to remove any oils, dry and apply Triolyse glue to bail and
position on back of glass, centered. The glue with reach
it's maximum strength in 6 hours.

Clean with rubbing alcohol. Do not resize ring
multiple time to avoid metal fatigue or breakage. |
