Step-By-Step Instructions & Glass How To information

Step 1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass:  using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

· Clean & Prep Kiln: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln 

Step 2: Prepare Glass: 
Stack the 2 Clear Circles and cover the top glass with Fuser's Glue.  The place the glass clover centered on the top clear circle and sprinkle green frit around it.

Allow to dry at least 10 minutes before moving.

Place into Kiln - Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.

Clean glass, dry and apply Triolyse glue to Letter Opener and position on back of glass, centered. The glue with reach it's maximum strength in 6 hours.
