Step 1: Preparation
Clean Glass: Using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent.
Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or
cardboard.
Clean & Prep Kiln Shelf: Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
or cut squares of shelf paper.
Cut
Dichroic Scrap Glass to desired sizes and shapes.
Step 2: Assemble Glass
Using just
a tiny spec of
Fuser's Glue or
Elmer's™ Glue, position the
pieces of the Dichroic glass onto the black Textured oval and use
Fuser's Glue adhere them into
position. Let
sit for at least 10 minutes before moving.
Step 3: Place Project into Kiln
Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass
project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and
place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.
