Small Fused Project step-by-step instructions:
Clean Up Supplies:
· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)
Step
1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass & Finding using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
· Clean & Prep Kiln:
· Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
· Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
· Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Place into Kiln
Place the Clear heart
on the Red heart and using Fingers around outer edges
of the glass project or better yet wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Also place the 1 inch dichoric heart
on the shel by itself. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

Step 3: Add Glass
Place a the small heart in the center of the red heart with a drop
Fuser's Glue
to hold into position. Allow to dry
completely before moving. |
Step 4: Place into Kiln
Using Fingers around outer edges
of the glass project or better yet wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

Step 5: Finish Project
-
Clean and dry the glass. Apply Triolyse glue adhere the bail on back of the glass, positioning it carefully
in the center or the corner. The glue will reach its maximum strength in 6 hours.
