· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step
1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass & Metal Inclusion using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
· Clean & Prep Kiln:
· Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
· Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
· Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Prepare Glass & Apply Dicro Decal
Designs

Soak the Dicro Decal Design
tm
for 20 seconds in distilled water and then slide off the paper
backing on to the surface of the Clear glass. Burnish or
squeegee with a dry paper towel or cloth to release any
bubbles. Place
the clear glass on top of Red glass base. Let dry for 10 minutes. |

Step 3: Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened
until the next day so your project has had plenty of
time to anneal back to room temperature and it is
ready to use.

Step 4: Adding Bail
Clean glass, dry and apply Triolyse glue to bail and
position on back of glass, centered. The glue with reach
it's maximum strength in 6 hours.
