Step 1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass:
using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
· Clean & Prep Kiln:
· Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
· Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
· Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Put Glass project together
Position the pumpkins first. Coil the wire and
position under one pumpkin. Position leaves, covering
one end of the coiled wire. Use Fuser's Glue
to hold each in place and let dry. Coat the area
where you want the confetti glass to be placed with
Fuser's Glue.
Let
dry for at least 20 minutes before moving.

Step 3: Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened
until the next day so your project has had plenty of
time to anneal back to room temperature and it is
ready to use.

Step 4: Adding Jewelry Findings
Attach
the metal finding using the Triolyse glue. Make sure
the glass is clean and dry and when placing it on the
center, back side. Maximum strength is reached after
6 hours. (Read
