Small Fused Project step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Preparation
· Clean Glass using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
(Grind corners of squares for a more finished look)
· Clean & Prep Kiln:
· Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
· Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
· Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln
·
Break Glass Noodles into small pieces to fit and set aside

Step 2: Prepare Glass
Position each of the candy corn pieces onto the surface of
the glass squares and glue them in place using Fuser's Glue. Let sit 10 minutes until dry. |

Step 3 - Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

Step 5 - Prepare Fused Project
If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened
until the next day so your project has had plenty of
time to anneal back to room temperature,

Step 6 - Optional - Apply Surface Guards
Clean Glass & if using as a coaster, attach surface guards to the back of the glass
tile in each corner.
