Step-By-Step Instructions & Glass How To information

Step 1 - Preparation
· Clean bail and glass:  using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 
· Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
· Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln 

Step 2: Prepare Glass: 
Cover base glass with fusers glue and orange frit until it is in a mound. Flatten by using clear glass then sprinkle some of the white frit on top and use a paint brush stem or tooth pick to slightly swirl to mix the colors. Use a small brush to pull frit down from the sides toward the middle before covering with clear glass and fusing. (This keeps the frit from sticking to the sides of the pendant while fusing and creating rough edges.)  Add more fuser's glue if needed to hold the clear cap glass in place.  Allow to dry completely before moving.
 

Step 3:  Place into Kiln - Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.   Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

Clean glass, dry and apply Triolyse glue to bail and position on back of glass, centered. The glue with reach it's maximum strength in 6 hours.
