Step 1: Preparation
Clean Glass: Using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent.
Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or
cardboard.
Clean & Prep Kiln Shelf: Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
or cut squares of shelf paper.
Cut
rectangles of
Cyan Copper
Dicro Slide tm.
Step 2: Assemble Glass
(See
Glass Tips & Tricks section: How to use Dicro Slide)
Soak scraps
of Copper Cyan Dicro Slide tm
in water and apply to surface of black glass.
Using just
a tiny spec of
Fuser's Glue
and position the
clear on the black square glass. Let
sit for at least 10 minutes before moving.
Step 3: Place Project into Kiln
Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass
project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and
place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.
