Step 1:  Preparation
Clean Glass:  Using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

Clean & Prep Kiln Shelf: Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer) or cut squares of shelf paper.

Step 2:  Assemble Glass

Using just a tiny spec of Fuser's Glue or Elmer's™ Glue, position the clear on the black precut squares of glass and then cut a 1 inch by 1/2 inch wide piece of Dichroic glass and position it in the center of the black square.  Then snap 1 inch size of the desired colors of glass noodles. Position matching colors on each side of the Dichroic glass.  Adhere all noodles with  Fuser's Glue or Elmer's™ Glue.  Then position the clear cap on top, centered.  Let sit for at least 10 minutes before moving.

Step 3:  Place Project into Kiln

Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.

If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened until the next day so your project has had plenty of time to anneal back to room temperature. 

Step 5 - Glue Jewelry Bail for Hanging

Attach the glass hanger finding to the tip of one star point using the Triolyse glue.  Make sure the glass is clean and dry and when placing it on the center, back side.  Maximum strength is reached after 6 hours. E6000 requires 24 hours. (Read the Tips & Tricks for using Triolyse Glue)
