Small Fused Glass Project step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Preparation
· Clean Glass using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

· Clean & Prep Kiln: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and/or Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 4: Attach Tie-Tac or Pin Back.
It is important to judge the weight of the finished piece.  You may find that you should attach 2 Tie-Tacs so the weight of the glass piece will not pull a hole in the clothing.   Or if using one, you should attach approximately 1/3 rd of the way from the top of the glass pin so it will allow gravity to let the weight of the glass lay flat. 

Clean glass, dry and apply Triolyse glue to bail and position on back of glass, centered. The glue with reach it's maximum strength in 6 hours.  If using E6000 maximum strength is reached in 24 hours.
