Small Fused Project step-by-step instructions:

Clean Up Supplies:

· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step 1 - Preparation
· Snap All Glass Noodles in 2 colors to the same length, grind if needed to get the same length. Clean Glass using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard.

· Clean & Prep Kiln:
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Prepare Glass:
Use a tiny drop of Fuser's Glue and stack the glass noodles, alternating colors. We use 2 of each color to form earrings and recommend using the same color stacking method for both. Align the outer edges. Let dry for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Kiln Firing Process- Tack Fuse - Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.

Step 3: Finish Project - Clean and dry the glass. Apply Triolyse glue to the offset bail and position on back of the glass, positioning it carefully in the center. The glue will reach its maximum strength in 6 hours. Attach French wires after glue has reached maximum strength.
