Step 1 - Preparation
Cut Qty 4 at 3/4 inch square pieces of Dichroic Scrap
Glass and lightly grind corners of each glass squares to
remove pointed corners only.
Clean Glass:
using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
Clean & Prep Kiln:
Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Assemble glass
Place 2 squares of glass on top of each other with the
Dichroic side up and put a tiny spec of Elmer's glue to
hold them in place, repeat for second set. Let dry
completely and then set clear cap on top.

Step 3: Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

Step 5: Adhere Jewelry Finding
Clean glass and cuff link pad to remove any oils, dry and apply Triolyse glue to bail and
position on back of glass, centered. The glue with reach
it's maximum strength in 6 hours.

Clean with rubbing alcohol. Do not resize ring
multiple time to avoid metal fatigue or breakage. |
