Step 1 - Preparation
Clean Glass and Ring Pad:
using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
Clean & Prep Kiln:
Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Prepare Glass with Paint:
Apply either Fuser's Glue or the Painter medium to
the surface of the Clear Base heart. Using the Paint Sifter sprinkle gold paint
to desired thickness, then add some white sparkle paint.
Use a dry paint brush and brush at an angle
across the glass heart to give a textured feeling.
Stack the second clear heart on top of
the one with paint and align. Let
dry for at least 10 minutes before moving |

Step 3: Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

Note: You may need to grind edges slightly to remove
any sharp edges and then refire at a tack to smooth out
the glass. |

Step 4: Adhere Jewelry Finding
Clean glass and Ring Pad to remove any oils, dry and apply Triolyse glue to bail and
position on back of glass, centered. The glue with reach
it's maximum strength in 6 hours.

Clean with rubbing alcohol. Do not resize ring
multiple time to avoid metal fatigue or breakage. |
