Step 1 - Preparation
Grind Ends of Glass strips so they are rounded.
Clean Glass:
using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of

and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Assemble Glass
This project is about patience when working with such
small piece of glass but the results is spectacular.
Using Fuser's Glue, set a row of strips side by side
and a thin coat of Fuser's Glue. Let dry, repeat stacking in
opposite directions until you have 3 layers. Then
add on strip across the top of similar glass to form an
X.
The key is
to look straight down over the stack and see an even
amount of glass all the way around and no gaps.
Let the project completely dry before moving.
Note: (You
can use hair dryer in-between layers if you want to
speedup drying time.)

|
Step 3: Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.
