Small Fused Project step-by-step instructions:

Clean Up Supplies:

· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step 1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass & Metal Inclusion using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard.

· Clean & Prep Kiln:
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Prepare Glass & Apply Decal & Dicro Decal Designs _tm:
Soak the decal for 20 seconds in distilled water and slide onto surface of the clear glass and center. Smooth out any air bubbles. Let dry for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Adding Fused Glass Metal Inclusion
It is important to keep your glass and the metal inclusion free of oil and from your fingers in order to have a clean surface.

Position the metal inclusions as desired and use Fuser's Glue to hold in place, centered it over the Dicro Decal Designs _tm snow flake and place the clear cap centered. Allow to dry before moving.

Step 4: Place into Kiln
Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

Step 5: Finish Project - Clean and dry the glass. Apply Triolyse glue to bail and position on back of the glass, positioning it carefully in the center or the corner. The glue will reach its maximum strength in 6 hours.
