Step-By-Step Instructions & Glass How To information

Step 1 - Preparation
· Clean glass using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent, dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

· Clean & Prep Kiln & Mold: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln 

Step 2: Prepare Glass & Apply Dicro Decal Designs _tm: 
Soak the Dicro Decal Design tm for 20 seconds in distilled water and then slide off the paper backing on to the surface of the clear glass and place the clear glass on top of a the Dichroic Glass base.  Burnish or squeegee with a dry paper towel or cloth to release any bubbles. Let dry for 10 minutes.
 

Step 3:  Place into Kiln - Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.
