Clean Up Supplies:
· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step
1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass & Metal Inclusion using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
· Clean & Prep Kiln:
· Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
· Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
· Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Adding Fused Glass Sparkle Enamel Paint
Using a paint brush, apply a thin coat of
Glass
Enamel Paint Medium to the surface of the Clear Glass.
Then using
the small sifter, sift the a thin coast of the glass
enamel sparkle paint over the surface. Let dry 10
minutes.
Position the clear glass heart centered over the
spirit glass heart. |

Step 3: Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened
until the next day so your project has had plenty of
time to anneal back to room temperature and it is
ready to use.

Step 4: Adding Bail
Clean glass, dry and apply Triolyse glue to bail and
position on back of glass, centered. The glue with reach
it's maximum strength in 6 hours.
