Small Fused Project step-by-step instructions:

Clean Up Supplies:

· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step 1: Preparation
· Clean Glass:  using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 


· Clean & Prep Kiln: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2 – Full Fuse Game Board and Pieces
Using a tiny drop of Fuser's Glue and stack the Clear Square on top of the Red and then stack 1 clear circle on top of each white and black circle.
Tip: It is important to note that you need to make sure to touch all glass pieces by the outer edges to avoid finger oil or prints on the surface of the glass and make sure they are about  1/2 inch apart on the kiln shelf.

Step 3 - Add Glass Details
Using small drops of Fuser's Glue position the Yellow vertical noodles on the red square and then apply the horizontal noodles.   Then apply Fuser's Glue to the tops of the black circles only and break the red noodles in even lengths and position them as Xs.  Place the Red 1 inch Circles, centered on top of the white Circles.

Place project on shelf paper or prepared kiln shelf and tack fuse.

If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened until the next day so your project has had plenty of time to anneal back to room temperature. Place mold on small kiln posts to it is elevated slightly in the kiln. This allows for proper air flow around the mold during the slumping process. Place project on mold and slump using the below schedule.
