Clean Up Supplies:
· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)
Step 1: Preparation
· Clean Glass:
using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
Tip: Grind the 4 corner to round them slightly and
it will make for a nicer appearance.
· Clean & Prep Kiln:
· Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
· Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
· Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Prepare Project
Use tiny specs of Elmer's glue and layout the daisy onto the
Spirit Glass Square.
Let everything dry for at least 10 minutes before
moving.

Step 3: Place on to Mold and into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project onto the prepared
mold and then place it into the kiln. Place
mold on kiln post.

ramp up another 5 degrees (never more than 20 degrees more) and never hold more than 20 minutes
at any temperature.

Step 5: Prepare Fused Project
If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened
until the next day so your project has had plenty of
time to anneal back to room temperature,

Step 6: Optional - Apply Surface Guards
Clean Glass & if using as a coaster, attach surface guards to the back of the glass
dragon fly tile in each corner.
