· Elmer's™ Glue 
· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)
· Cold Polishing - (one of the following)
· Grinder 
· Abrasive Stone 
· Diamond Nail File
· 3M™ Diamond Coated Sanding Sponges

Small Fused Project step-by-step instructions:

Clean Up Supplies:

· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step 1:  Preparation
Cut the
Cyan/Copper and scrap clear Dichroic Glass into 1/2 x 1/2 inch squares

Clean Glass using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

Clean & Prep Kiln: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2 - Preparation
· Clean Glass using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

Clean & Prep Kiln: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 3 - Prepare Glass

· Round
with a Grinder each of the 4 corners of each square.  This will encourage the glass to take on a round shape when full fused.  Clean Glass.

· Stack the clear dichroic on top of the colored dichroic base.  Use a tiny spec of Elmer's glue to hold together.

Step 4: Place Glass into kiln  It is important to note that you need to make sure to touch all glass pieces by the outer edges to avoid finger oil or prints on the surface of the glass from your fingers.

Step 5: Kiln Firing Process- Full Fuse

Flash/Cool Highest Speed 1,100°F / 590°C 0 Min. Open & Close Lid
Hold/Temp   5°F/ 3°C 955°F / 513°C 10 min. Hold Fire
Cool/Temp   Do Nothing 100°F / 38°C N/A DO NOT LOOK

If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened until back to room temperature or until the next day so your project has had plenty of time to anneal back to room temperature and it is ready to use.
Step 6: Finish Project -

Clean glass, dry and apply Triolyse glue to bracelet pad to each glass cabochon, position glass, centered. The glue with reach it's maximum strength in 6 hours.
