Small Fused Project step-by-step instructions:
Clean Up Supplies:
· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step 1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
· Clean & Prep Kiln:
· Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
· Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
· Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln
Cut
out the Character Decal of choice
and set aside. |
Step 2: Put Glass project together
Use a
"tiny" spec of Elmer's glue, on edged only, to adhere the
clear to the black oblong oval and the oval to the red
base, making sure they are centered.

Step 3: Place into Kiln - Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf.

Step 5: Apply Decal - Cut out the dragon
flies desired. Remove tissue cover, soak in water
20 seconds and slide onto the surface of the glass
pendant. Make sure to remove all air bubbles and
let complete dry before putting into kiln. |

Step 7: Finish Project
-
Clean glass, dry and apply Triolyse glue to bail and
position on back of glass, centered. The glue with reach
it's maximum strength in 6 hours.
