· Elmer's™ Glue 
· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Small Fused Project step-by-step instructions:

Step 1:  Preparation
· Clean Glass using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

· Clean & Prep Kiln: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Note:  We used a white base with a clear glass for the topside.

Step 3: Add Precut Glass Designs:  Position onto the surface of the clear cap: Add the Chili Pepper, Stringer and Frit using tiny specs of Elmer's glue to hold into position. 

Note:  If you want these to have more texture to the surface of the glass, add these items after the full fuse, before the slumping step.

Step 4:  Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.   Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

Step 6:  Slump Fuse, Place into Kiln:   Set fused glass on mold and use the below firing schedule to slump.
