Step-By-Step Instructions & Glass How To information

Step 1: Preparation - Clean Glass:  using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

· Clean & Prep Kiln: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer) to shelf and mold
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 3:  Place into Kiln - Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.  

Step 4: Kiln Firing Process- Full Fuse

Step 5:  Apply Decal - Cut out the dragon flies desired.  Remove tissue cover, soak in water 20 seconds and slide onto the surface of the glass pendant.  Make sure to remove all air bubbles and let complete dry before putting into kiln.

Clean glass and Bail to remove any oils, dry and apply Triolyse glue to bail and position on back of glass, centered. The glue with reach it's maximum strength in 6 hours.
