Clean Up Supplies:

Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step 1: Remove Glass. To keep from breaking the precut pieces of glass, remove them from the package using an X-acto knife.

Note: Decide how you will hang your glass pieces to determine if you should cut a piece of hi fire wire wire to create a U shape loop to place behind the the glass during firing or if you are going to glue a glass bail after firing.

Step 2: Preparation - Clean Glass using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

Clean & Prep Kiln: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 4:  Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.   Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

Note: I f using a U shape High Temp wire to hang, place it under the glass on the shelf and place a small piece of thin fire paper over the exposed end of the loop so the Glass will not fuse fuse over it and only bond to the straight ends.  Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

NOTE: If using a glue on bail to hang the glass, clean glass and dry.  Attach the glass hanger finding to the top backside of the glass precut using the Triolyse glue.  Maximum strength is reached after 6 hours.
