Step-By-Step Instructions & Glass How To information

Clean Up Supplies:

Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step 1: Remove Glass. To keep from breaking the precut pieces of glass, remove them from the package using an X-acto knife.

Step 2: Preparation - Clean Glass using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

Clean & Prep Kiln: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

 Break Glass Noodles into small pieces to fit and set aside

Step 4: Place into Kiln - Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.   Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

NOTE: If using a glue on bail to hang the glass, clean glass and dry.  Attach the glass hanger finding to the top backside of the glass precut using the Triolyse glue.  Maximum strength is reached after 6 hours.
