Step 1 - Preparation
Clean Glass:  Using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

Clean & Prep Kiln Shelf: Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer) or cut squares of shelf paper.

Step 2 – Assemble Glass & apply Enamel Paint

Apply the Blue paint using a fine paint brush in the desired pattern.  Wait for 20 minutes for paint to partially dry and using a tooth pick, remove any paint not desired.  We left the paint dust on the surface of the glass.  If ou do not like the specs, then turn design upside down and tap on back side or wait until completely dry and using a dry brush lightly remove from the surface.

Using just a tiny spec of Adhesive Glastac or Elmer's™ Glue, position the Clear pre-cut heart on top of the pink painted Heart.

Step 3 - Place Project into Kiln

Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.

If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened until the next day so your project has had plenty of time to anneal back to room temperature. 

Step 5 - Glue Jewelry Bail for Hanging

Attach the glass hanger finding to the tip of one star point using the Triolyse glue.  Make sure the glass is clean and dry and when placing it on the center, back side.  Maximum strength is reached after 6 hours. E6000 requires 24 hours. (Read the Tips & Tricks for using Triolyse Glue)
