Step 1 - Initial Preparation
Clean Glass:
using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
Clean & Prep Kiln:
Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Prepare the project:
Using the Gold paint, place a dot in the
in middle and lines from the center out to the out
edges. Paint on the topside of the large clear
star which will be the base. Let dry approximately 20
minutes
Place the second clear star on top of the
the base using small spec of Elmer's Glue align stars.
Make sure the Elmer's glue is positioned
on the outter edges. Let dry for approximately 10 minutes.
Using the Gold paint pen, draw your line
designs in alternating locations of the Gold Glass Line
paint underneath.
Let
dry for at least 10 minutes before moving piece.

Step 3: Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or wear latex
gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Make sure to leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened
until the next day so your project has had plenty of
time to anneal back to room temperature and it is
ready to use.
Step 5: Adding Jewelry Findings
Attach
the glass
hanger finding to the top backside of star
tip using the Triolyse glue. Make sure the
glass is clean and dry and when placing it on the center,
back side. Maximum strength is reached after 6
hours. (Read
