Step 1 - Preparation
Clean Glass: Using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent.
Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or
cardboard.
Clean & Prep Kiln Shelf: Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
or cut 2 - 4 x 5 inch squares of shelf paper. One for
the full fuse and one for the tack fuse.
Step 2 – Assemble Christmas Stocking
Using just
a tiny spec of Elmer's™ Glue, position the pre-cut
Christmas Stocking top and bottom of the pre-cut
stocking base.
Step 3 - Place Project into Kiln
Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass
project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and
place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.

Step 5 – Add Holly Cluster
If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened until the next
day so your project has had plenty of time to anneal
back to room temperature. Using just a tiny spec of
Elmer's™ Glue, position the holly leaves and berries as
desired.
Step 6 - Place Project into Kiln Tack Fuse
Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass
project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and
place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.

Step 7 -
Step Glue Jewelry Bail for Hanging
Use
E6000 Glue
or an epoxy glue to glue the jewelry bail to the
back of the Christmas stocking. Allow about 24 hours
for the glue to dry before handing. |
