Clean Up Supplies:

Step 1 - Preparation
Clean Glass:  using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard. 

Clean & Prep Kiln: 
    Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Prepare Project
Place dichroic Glass pieces and place a tiny spec of Elmer's Glue on each when positioning them on the blue glass base. Make sure that you don't have the scrap extend beyond the edges of the base, in fact it is best not to run all the way to the edge in order for the piece to hold it shape or you will need to grind and then polish fire.

Place clear glass on top for cap and consider using a spec of Elmer's Glue to hold into place near the outer edges.
 

Step 4:  Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or  wear latex gloves, pick up (supporting the hat and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.   Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

Step 6: Adding Jewelry Findings

Attach the sterling silver ring pad to the back of the glass.  We suggest centering and making sure that it is straight when the ring is on the end of your finger before using the Triolyse glue.  Maximum strength is reached after 6 hours. (Read the Tips & Tricks for using Triolyse Glue)

Clean with rubbing alcohol.  Do not resize ring multiple time to avoid metal fatigue or breakage.
