Small Fused Project step-by-step instructions:

Clean Up Supplies:

Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step 1 - Preparation
Clean Glass:  using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard.

Lay each stringer across the glass circle and snap to desired length, set asisde.

Clean & Prep Kiln:
    Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Put Glass project together    Place each glass stringer on the clear circle and use a toothpick or plastic Cocktail fork to put a "tiny" drop of glue to adhere each into position.

Let dry for at least 20 minutes before moving piece.

Apply with a brush a thin layer of Glass Painters Medium to the spaces you wish for the blue.  Place entire project on a paper plate.  Sprinkle the Blue frit over the Glass Painters Medium.  Lightly press into place. Using a dry brush remove any blue glass from the other area that are open. Let dry for 20 minutes.  Dump paper tray of left over glass back into package.

Apply with a brush a thin layer of Glass Painters Medium to the open areas and sprinkle the green glass over the medium, press lightly into place.  Let dry for 20 minutes.

Holding outer edges of circle, turn up side down and tap lightly.

Step 3:  Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or  wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.   Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened until the next day so your project has had plenty of time to anneal back to room temperature  and it is ready to use.

Step 5: Adding Jewelry Findings
Attach the glass hanger finding to the top backside of heart using the Triolyse glue.  Make sure the glass is clean and dry and when placing it on the center, back side.  Maximum strength is reached after 6 hours. (Read the Tips & Tricks for using Triolyse Glue)
