Clean Up Supplies:
· Rubbing Alcohol, Dish Washing Detergent
· Cloth with very little lint (old T-shirt)

Step 1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass:
using Alcohol or Dish Washing
Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of
paper or cardboard.
· Lay a small Star of David on back of Dicro
Slide ™,
trace with a pencil and cut out 3 stars. Cut one
star into two pieces.
· Cut one Star of David into two pieces.
· Clean & Prep Kiln:
· Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
· Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
· Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf
and Shelf Paper into Kiln

Step 2: Prepare Project for Dicro
Slide ™
· Take the Dicro
Slide ™ piece and soak
in distilled water for 20 to 30 seconds. Slide and
apply to the back side of the clear glass.

Let
dry for at least 20 minutes before moving piece.

Step 3: Put Glass project together
Place the small glass Star of David and use
a toothpick or plastic Cocktail fork to put a
"tiny" drop of glue to adhere each Star of
David to the white circle, alternating positions between
the Dicro
Slide ™ stars and altering angles.
Let
dry for at least 20 minutes before moving piece.

Step 4: Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges
of the fusible glass project or wear latex
gloves, pick up (supporting the hat and place the project on the kiln shelf
paper/shelf. Leave a minimum of 1/2"
(13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not
touch and fuse together.

If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened
until the next day so your project has had plenty of
time to anneal back to room temperature and it is
ready to use.

Step 6: Adding Jewelry Findings
Attach
the clear vinyl Tie-Tack Back,
on the back at the tip of one star point
using the Triolyse glue. Make sure the
glass is clean and dry and when placing it on the center,
back side. Maximum strength is reached after 6
hours. (Read
