If possible, leave the kiln sit unopened
until the next day so your project has had plenty of
time to anneal back to room temperature.

Step 3: Decorate
Base with Grapes and Leaves
Layout the Glass pebbles/nuggets and leaves on the surface
until you are satisfied with your design. Then using
a small speck of Elmer's glue position each piece.
After
the glue has dried, using a medium tip on the brown
glassline paint, draw in the stems. We also added
vein lines in the leaves.
Tip:
It is ok if not all of the lines come out as
desired. Let it dry then with a simple tooth pick
rub off any undesired amounts to change any shapes or make
the lines thinner. Brush off anything loose before
firing.
Tip: It is important to note
that you need to make sure to touch all glass pieces by
the outer edges to avoid finger oil or prints on the
surface of the glass.
