Step-By-Step Instructions & Glass How To information

Step 1 - Preparation
· Clean Glass and bail using Alcohol or Dish Washing Detergent. Then dry and set aside on a clean piece of paper or cardboard.

· Cut the Dichroic Glass 2 1/8" L x 1 1/8" W

· Clean & Prep Kiln & Mold: 
    · Apply Kiln Wash (Shelf Primer)
    · Cut Shelf Paper to fit shelf
    · Place Kiln Shelf Supports, Shelf and Shelf Paper into Kiln 

Step 2:  Place into Kiln Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.   Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

Step 5: Tack Fuse Decal
Using Fingers around outer edges of the fusible glass project or better yet wear latex gloves, pick up and place the project on the kiln shelf paper/shelf.   Leave a minimum of 1/2" (13 mm) space between each project to ensure they do not touch and fuse together.

Attach the metal finding using the Triolyse glue.  Make sure the glass is clean and dry and when placing it on the center, back side.  Maximum strength is reached after 6 hours. (Read the Tips & Tricks for using Triolyse Glue)
