QUALIFICATIONS:
For Reseller
Account consideration/approval, provide the
following items by fax or mail. Once
approved we will email you login access
information to place your orders
(NOTES:
Only
online orders will only be accepted, not via
fax or calling. If you need to order
extremely large quantities of specific items,
please note that it can take up to 10 days
prior to shipping to fulfill those items so it
is best to plan ahead.)

Requirements
for:
Retail
& Working Studio
1.
A valid/working Email address
2.
Provide a valid Resale Tax Certificate Number
You must provide us a "Current" copy of
your original State's RESALE TAX CERTIFICATE or
a completed tax exemption form from your
states government. For the few State
that do not not issue Resale Certificates, you
must provide a copy of your Business License.
3.
Business Promotional Material
At least two of the following is required:
- a Yellow
Pages Ad, Newspaper Advertisement, Promotional
Brochure
AND one of the following:
- either a Business Letterhead or Business Card.
AND
Working Studios must provide 2 recent
large invoices/orders to a known Glass
Distributorship in place of a Yellow Page Ad or
Newspaper Advertisement to count as one of the
two required documentation items)

Order Requirements:
Minimum wholesale orders are $125/per
order, US dollars. If
you need to order smaller amounts, you may do
so at any time by placing an order as any retail customer
(do not login) at the
current monthly promotional discount.
Wholesale
orders must total to $750 per year to
continue qualification for wholesale ordering
and benefits.

All wholesale accounts are on temporary review
for the first 3 months and must order at least
$250 of product to stay qualified or the
account will be closed.

Upon login, to assist wholesale customers keep
track of your orders, they see all past order
totals & dates summarized. Account
activity is reviewed every 6 months to
determine qualifications and order totals.

If your orders do not meet the $250 minimum
during the first 3 months or do not meet the annual minimum
of $750, your wholesale account will be
closed and you will not be able to
reapply for wholesale status again for 2 years.
